XI Phi Chapter is a community-based organization that promotes scholarly attainment, fights against hate and racism, advocates for voting rights, and provides much needed programs and services to the Harlem community and beyond.

Our mission is to provide mentoring and leadership development to student scholars who show academic promise and leadership potential, as a gateway to a four-year college or university where they can choose an educational path in pursuit of their career objectives.
